September 2011. With a my pal Martin from Tecme spending a great vacation in Germany. Also testing his home made rebreather called "the stroke". A great unit the Mccr KISS style, well mancrafted and easy to fit and dive. Unfortunately this unit will never be lauched in the commercial way.

Dolphin MCCR

Here an introduction in a modified Dolphin into MCCR mode with Tecme parts & Shearwater trimix computer. Very simple and extreme reliable unit with KISS style O2 constant flow using Submatix O2 booster. Never ever got a problem on more than 130 dives up to 50m at air diluent.
Second hand Dolphins are very cheap at the moment (2011) and are quite good units for begining rebreather diving at reasonable costs. AWARE: make sure to get well trained otherwise you die!

Rebreather Meeting in Kamenz Germany June 2011

In June 2011 we was at the rebreather meeting in Kamenz/Sparman. It's a cool location in East Germany. Not much but alot of different units was there like new Submatix Quantum, Ouroboros, SF2, Dolphin Mccr, Poseidon (modified by Tecme) Revo & JJ. The place is quite small, but depth is up to 65m. A great week end with lots of fun, cool dives, nice BBQ and some beers at wonderfull spring weather. Coming back next year.
